Fairvew has 2 One Story Townhome Communities on the East & West side of Hwy. 5 in the $300-400K range, The Wooded Creek Villas & VILLAS IN THE PARK, As you can image, one story villas in this price are hard to come by and these were built with spacious patios with pergolas, Community pool, fitness center and Low HOA dues. Write your best offer if you want one of these babies!
And Fairview is the home to one of Dallas’ first Over 55 or Active Adult Communities, the magnificent, impeccably maintained Gated, Golf Course, Country Club Community of Heritage Ranch, selling in the $400-600k range.
